香堂工业小区
为积赞后劲儿，搞企业经营是老书记张文山的长项，从2000年开始，张文山把思路又转到招商引资上。两年来，共投资700多万元在村南近百亩土地上建起了供10余个企业建厂的车间。相继吸引了13家外来企业入驻。目前，以有“绿菱气体科技有限公司”、“双马奥星消防科技有限公司”、“正通塑料制品厂”、“凯明提琴生产厂”以及与德国合资的“唯挚贯通”等13个厂家在工业区内投产。预计这些企业正式投资以后，年创产值可达4000万元左右。2002年为奖励成果显著的招商引资工作，香堂又收到了昌平区政府给予的20万元奖金。2002年，全村经济总收入为1.3亿元；人均收入8000元；上缴国家税金459万元。2003年截止二月底，已上缴税收231万元。可想工业小区里的企业为国家作出了巨大的贡献，为香堂文化新村再添辉煌。
